Information you provide through our forms — such as your name, contact details, volunteer profile, donation details, PAN (where required for receipts) and documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
To process volunteer applications, donations and receipts, respond to enquiries and assistance requests, and — with your consent — send updates. We do not sell personal information.
Sensitive documents
Documents submitted with assistance requests or nominations are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised Foundation staff.
Security
Accounts are protected with secure authentication. Passwords are never stored in plain text or sent by email. Access to data is restricted by role.
Your choices
You may update your profile, unsubscribe from communications or request deletion of your data by contacting us.
